I am Tan. I am a chef, a doctor, and a biologist. I traveled around many different countries across the world and acquainted different lifestyles. Finally I got back to Vietnam where I was born to open HCM Agricultural Villages – HCM cooking school is where I combine all the knowledge I gained into the program called “Healthy Food”. Anyone who loves healthy food, who wants to open a Vietnamese restaurant in his homeland, or wants to stand out in the professional Asian Kitchen should come to me to discover over 1000 recipes, created by myself and immerse themselves in the Vietnamese culture, agriculture and history. I would love to share my passion for cooking and my Vietnamese gardening skills with people who travel to teach them how to combine food and medicine – eating for a healthy life.
