I am a graphic and industrial designer, born and bred in Lisbon, half german, quarter ucranian and quarter portuguese (to simplify!). Curiously, I don’t speak ucranian. But try me out in german, english or french. Lisbon is my city; I love it, with all its faults and scars, and wouldn’t trade it for any city in the world (except, maybe, Cologne, but that’s a completely different story; ask me, if we ever meet!). Even if we don’t meet, here’s a first hot tip about Lisbon: when flying to Lisbon, ALWAYS ask for a window seat on the left side of the plane.
